Placing Order, Payment, Shipping and Return Policy

Placing Order

1. To order the items, please email us at fashionable-closet@hotmail.com, stating your

  • full name
  • local delivery adddress
  • item code number
  • quantity of the items

2. We will process your order once we have received your email.

3. You will receive an email from us informing you of

  • the availability of the stock and
  • the total amount payable.

4. Upon receiving your payment, you will receive a confirmation email, informing you of our receipt of your payment and the expected delivery time of the items.

Payment

1. Please make payment via ATM or Internet Banking fund transfer to:

  • POSB Current Account
  • Account number: 856-03077-6

2. If payment is not received within 2 days after the order is placed, the order will be considered as void and the item(s) will be released for sales to other customers.

Shipping

1. Free delivery within Singapore.

2. Currently, we accept orders only from Singapore. However, we are looking into extending our orders to international customers in the future.

Return Policy

1. Items sold cannot be refunded. All items will be inspected before posting out.

2. However, items can be exchanged only for prominent manufacturer's defects.

3. Postage charges for all exchanges are to be borned by the customers.

4. Below are some of the reasons that we will NOT consider for exchange.

  • Personal dislike, change of mind after purchase.
  • Slight colour differences (same colour range or any other minor physical differences), thread fray ends, wrinkles, slight mis-alignment of seams; minor tear on seams which can be hand stitched.
  • Button loss (replacement of buttons will be sent to you, in the event that the same button is not available, we will send a full set of replacement buttons which will match your clothing).
  • Minor stains (especially on light colour clothes) eg. washable stains, smudges and dirt will not be covered.
  • Sizing issues (clothes do not fit, note different batches of clothes may have different sizing hence take note of size measurements stated when making purchase).
  • Claiming that the cutting of clothes is not good.
  • Deliberate damage of clothes so that it will warrant an exchange.

5. All request for defective exchanges must be accompanied by

  • Zoom out image of the defective area
  • Order number

6. Exchange items MUST be received within 1 week from the date of dispatch of your order.

7. Any packages received that do not conform to our criteria of exchange will be ignored and customers will need to bear further postage & handling charges for requesting us to send back to you.

8. If the same item is not available for exchange, customers are allowed to exchange for another different item of the same value or higher.

9. If the value of the exchanged item is higher than the original one, customers will have to top-up the difference in price.

Sizes

All sizes are given by our suppliers.

Pre-order Items

Pre-order items are stocks which we have ordered from our wholesaler but the items are on their way to Singapore. However, customers can order them before they arrive. We will inform the customers the estimated delivery date.
